Cherie Johnson is an award-winning consultant, professional trainer, and experienced provider in the children’s social care sector. She founded one of the UK’s national children’s home providers and established the country’s first 24-hour specialised service for girls at risk of criminal exploitation.

Her work has been recognised with several honours, including the Honourable Southwark Civic Award for her commitment to supporting girls affected by gangs, violence, and exploitation, and the Governor General’s Award (Jamaica) for outstanding contribution to community impact.

With years of experience in residential care start-ups, consultancy, and training, Cherie shares her expertise to help others develop high-quality, compliant, and compassionate services. She is passionate about improving practice, building sustainable businesses, and safeguarding vulnerable young people.
