In Person Consultation Day

Service Description

A dedicated in-person consultancy day for children’s care providers who require focused, hands-on strategic support within their service. This six-hour session can be tailored to your organisation and may include service review, leadership and management support, operational systems, compliance, quality assurance, preparation for inspection, action planning and identifying areas for development. The day is designed for providers who would benefit from concentrated, face-to-face professional input rather than a standard online consultation. The consultancy fee covers up to six hours on site. Travel arrangements and any applicable travel or accommodation costs will be agreed in advance. For ongoing learning and development, clients are encouraged to use our online programmes and resources.
